1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using OxBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OxBot is an automated WhatsApp-based trading and management bot. The bot runs on your own WhatsApp session — it operates directly through your device and account. OxBot provides the automation logic; we do not host, intercept, or store any of your WhatsApp messages, contacts, or personal conversations.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made for bot activation, subscriptions, or coin purchases are strictly non-refundable.

Once a bot is activated on your WhatsApp account, no refund will be issued — regardless of usage duration, results, or personal dissatisfaction.
Coin purchases (credits used within the platform) are final and non-reversible.
Subscription fees are non-refundable even if you choose to stop using the Service before the end of the billing period.
We do not guarantee profits, specific outcomes, or any financial returns from the use of the bot.

4. WhatsApp Restrictions & Risks

WhatsApp is a third-party platform owned by Meta. OxBot interacts with WhatsApp on your behalf but has no control over WhatsApp's policies, infrastructure, or enforcement actions.

Account Ban Risk: WhatsApp may flag, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that use automated tools. OxBot is not responsible for any WhatsApp account bans, suspensions, or restrictions. You assume full responsibility for this risk.
Policy Changes: If WhatsApp updates its terms or technical infrastructure in a way that affects the bot's functionality, OxBot is not liable for any service disruption.
Number Blocking: Your WhatsApp number may be blocked by other users or by WhatsApp's automated systems. This is beyond our control.
Session Invalidations: WhatsApp may invalidate bot sessions at any time, requiring re-authorization. OxBot will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Owner's Risk

You use OxBot entirely at your own risk.

OxBot is not a financial advisor. Any trading decisions, signals, or automated actions performed by the bot are not financial advice.
You are solely responsible for all trades, transactions, and financial outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.
OxBot shall not be held liable for any financial losses, data loss, account compromise, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
You acknowledge that automated trading carries inherent risks, including but not limited to market volatility, system errors, network delays, and incorrect signal execution.
In no event shall OxBot's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
OxBot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the following information from you:

Account Information: Your full name, username, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
Transaction Data: Records of your coin purchases, bot activations, and subscription payments.
Usage Data: Basic log data such as IP address, device type, and general interaction patterns with the OxBot platform (not with WhatsApp).

We do NOT collect, store, log, or have access to your WhatsApp messages, chat content, contacts, media files, or any other personal WhatsApp data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the OxBot service.
To process payments and manage your account.
To send service-related notifications (verification emails, account alerts, payment receipts, etc.).
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security breaches on our platform.
To communicate with you about updates, changes, or support requests.

3. WhatsApp Data — We Do NOT Hold It

This is important: OxBot does not store, intercept, or retain any of your WhatsApp data.

The bot runs locally on your connected session. It processes messages in real-time to perform the automation tasks you've configured, but nothing is sent back to or stored on our servers.
We do not read your chats. We do not log your conversations. We do not download your contacts or media.
Your WhatsApp data stays on your device and within WhatsApp's own systems — the same as it would without the bot.
Meta/WhatsApp has its own privacy policies that govern how they handle data on their platform. We encourage you to review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy directly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, and infrastructure partners who assist in delivering the OxBot platform — and only the data necessary for them to perform their function.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of OxBot, its users, or the public.

We never share your WhatsApp data with anyone — because we don't hold it in the first place.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the data we do hold (your account and transaction information). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 12 months for legal and financial compliance.
You may request account deletion by contacting support, and we will remove your data subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

7. Owner's Risk Disclaimer

By using OxBot, you accept that the bot operates on your WhatsApp at your own risk. While we do not hold your WhatsApp data, the act of connecting a bot to your WhatsApp account carries inherent risks — including the possibility of WhatsApp restricting or banning your account. OxBot shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the interaction between the bot and your WhatsApp account, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
