Coins are your OxBot credits. Each plan includes coins on signup: Basic gives 70 coins, Pro gives 100 coins. Activating a new bot costs 20 coins. You can earn more coins by referring friends (10 coins each) or depositing via bank transfer.

All bots last 30 days per activation, regardless of plan. Free trial bots last 2 days. After expiry you can reactivate using coins, and the bot continues from where it left off.

Yes. Basic plan supports up to 5 simultaneous bots and Pro supports up to 8. Each bot uses its own WhatsApp session and runs independently. You manage all of them from one dashboard.

After registering, go to Pair Device in your dashboard. Choose QR code or phone code. Enter your WhatsApp number, follow the steps in the app, and your session ID will be sent directly to your WhatsApp chat. Then paste it into Add Bot.

OxBot has automatic reconnect built in. If a session drops, the bot attempts to reconnect immediately. You can also manually restart any bot from your dashboard. Pro users get faster reconnect priority.
